Let me be very clear about it nothing can override the constitutional rights of any person. If a
person is convicted of a crime and incarcerated then this is not overriding the constitution
because the constitution recognized that laws are applicable when the courts enforce them.
However, it is utter and sheer nonsense that somehow some Premier can dictate if a person can or
cannot leave his/her home for whatever. If a person suffers a specific health problem then we
have the courts that the Government can petition to obtain court orders to restrain a particular
person but without any such court order then any rules/regulations/laws are unconstitutional.

4. In view of the broad discretion conferred by the Act's severability clause and the longstanding policy of
exempting religious conscientious objectors, the Court, rather than nullifying the exemption entirely, should
extend its coverage to those like petitioner who have been unconstitutionally excluded from its coverage.

Refer to the statutes. The laws require that immunization must conflict with the tenets and practices of a
recognized or organized religion of which you are an adherent or member. However, the law does not
require you to name a religion at all. In fact, disclosing your religion could cause your religious
exemption to be challenged.

Some schools and daycares attempt to require you to give far more information than required by law.
You are not required by law to fill out any form letters from a school or daycare. The law allows you to
submit your own letter and the letter only needs to meet the bare requirements of the law. Keep it simple; do
not feel you need to describe your religious beliefs here as that also is not required by law.

Many times, when a school or day care questions your exemption, they are merely unfamiliar with the
law or trying to coerce you to go against your beliefs by deliberately misrepresenting the law. They are
betting on the fact that you don't know your rights.

What appears to be clear is that a “religious objection” is not qualified to a specific religion and neither can be as
this would in fact offend Section 116 of the Constitution. Neither can it be associated with any particular religion
as this would also interfere with Section 116 of the Constitution. Likewise, any person objecting under the
“religious objection” Subsection 245(14) of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 neither can be required to be
a religious person as this would also offend Section 116 of the Constitution, as the equivalent in WELSH v.
UNITED STATES, 398 U.S. 333 (1970), 398 U.S. 333 made clear that it (the “religious objection” applies as
much to non religious persons as religious persons. Therefore, anyone objection for his/her personal reasons to
vote clearly is entitled to do so regardless of having any specific religion mentioned.

How on earth can it be deemed to be for the Health, Wellbeing and Safety of every person when
many are harmed by it, without that they actually didn’t do anything at all. Are we next going to

then go to work at a care centre for elderly person and infect another 5 workers and 9 elderly
residents. This is why we need to reorganize and concentrate upon the real vulnerable.

I previously did refer to The Netherlands checking UNTREATED water for COVID-19and now
I heard on Thursday 16 April 2020 on the 12 noon news bulletin of 91.5FM that the Federal
government is going to check the water also.

As I indicated I have a septic tank on my country property that has not been used since October
2019 and as such would be ideal to check if there is a COVID-19 virus leftovers in there. Further,
I have year after year taken water samples of the UNTREATED water provided to locals in
Berriwillock and surrounding area’s and again the last one was collected in October 2019 and as
such could be used to check it.
As I understand it COVID-19 has been around for years. It appears to me reading numerous
reports that it was essential dormant until they started to use the 5G communication system when
that caused a breakdown in the immune system. I understand that was actually what it was for.
The same you have with cancers. Every human being as I understand it has numerous varieties of
cancers in their body but unless something triggers one or more of they remain dormant and
cause no health problems.
When you consider charts published where 5G is used you find that China, Italy, Spain, USA are
heavy users. And they are having the most problems with COVID-19.
In my view we should have a ROYAL COMMISSION into the COVID-19 and 5G as to
establish what really is or isn’t relevant to people falling ill. Also into the purported STATE OF
EMERGENCY declarations, and how it is used to terrorize about everyone.
It is sheer and utter nonsense to be unable to properly test people and then restrict their
movement, not because they are n ill-health but because somehow they might spread something
that they cannot properly test for.

**#** Well that would mean that any fines paid have to be reimbursed and also the police has no
powers to deny anyone their constitutional rights without a valid court order against each person
they target.

**#** Turn the economy back on. And, make sure that we have local production of safety
equipment. Also make sure we have ample in stock That means the States have to do so.
Make sure that when you increase the population you progressively also increase all relevant
services, such as police, hospitals, doctors, etc. I saw this report where they were training staff
how to use a ventilator. Now to me this is sheer and utter nonsense in that you cannot train a
person within a mere few minutes in a group environment. It indeed can be very dangerous to
have inexperience’s staff dealing with ventilators without well in advance proper training.
We also should nationalize all essential services as we have now also seen that the selloff was
absurd. It has not achieved what was claimed would be the benefit for the customers.
*. It appears to be confusing as to what really is Commonwealth or State quarantine legislative
powers. What do you suggest?
**#** Get rid of this alleged constitutional advisory committee as in my view they know bugger
all about the true meaning and application of the constitution. I would not mind to create a study
program about constitutional issues. Then any lawyer who want to be a “constitutional lawyer”
has to pass an exam of competence.
Lawyers should not claim something willy-nilly but present as I do quotations to let the Framers
of the Constitution do the talking. That in my view is severely lacking. Lawyers are
misinforming Members of Parliament as a result and well we end up with a lot of uncalled harm
upon citizens.
Let me be very clear, it is not just religious gatherings that are unconstitutional to prevent but
also non-religious gatherings. Fancy you can drive to a bottle shop and have your window open,
but you cannot be in an isolated camping ground on your own. You can however mingle with
people like Ministers do with reporters. You can also do so in supermarkets but you cannot on
your own be in a park even so you are exercising. Well, it makes not one iota difference if I drive
1 kilometre or say 30 kilometres regarding infecting anyone if I am not an infected person. I
accept that some limitations can be set for nursing homes, hospitals, etc, but they must not result
to a denial of contact. They can set up a room divided by some plastic shield with speakers so on
one side is the patient and the other side the visitor(s). It is cruel to cut off the sick and the elderly
from family and friends contact. They do this in some prisons and so why not use this system in
hospitals/nursing homes if a flu/virus is going around.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
