The Supreme Court issued an administrative order designating the presiding judges of Regional Trial Court branches 95-98 in Antipolo City as assisting judges to branches 71-74 due to a lack of complement for branches 95-98. As assisting judges, they will try and decide newly filed cases assigned to branches 71-74 in a 2:1 ratio. Newly filed cases assigned to branches 71-74 will be reassigned to branches 95-98. Once branches 95-98 are fully staffed, cases will remain assigned to those branches except for family cases. The executive judge must ensure equitable distribution of new cases among branches 95-98. The assisting judges will not receive additional expense or incentive allowances.

Court, Branches 95 to 98, Antipolo City, Rizal, the Presiding Judges thereat are hereby DESIGNATED Assisting Judges in the Regional Trial Court, Branches 71 to 74, same court, as follows: TcHCDE
1. Branch 71 — Hon. Marie Claire Victoria M. Sordan
Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 95 Antipolo City, Rizal 2. Branch 72 — Hon. Purita M. Deynata Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 96 Antipolo City, Rizal 3. Branch 73 — Hon. Miguel S. Asuncion Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 97 Antipolo City, Rizal 4. Branch 74 — Hon. Ma. Consejo G. Ignalaga Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 98 Antipolo City, Rizal As Assisting Judges, they shall try and decide the newly-filed cases raffled to Branches 71 to 74 in the ratio of 2:1 (two to the Assisting Judge and one to the Presiding Judge). The newly-filed cases which have been raffled to Branches 71 to 74 shall be re-raffled to Branches 95 to 98. Thereafter, Branches 71 to 74 shall not be included in the raffle until such time when the number of cases raffled to Branches 95 to 98 shall have reached the average caseload of each branch in the station. Once the complement of Branches 95 to 98 are filled up, the cases assigned to them shall be considered as cases raffled to their branches, except those family cases which shall remain in the dockets of the family courts concerned. The Executive Judge is hereby DIRECTED to see to it that there is equitable distribution of newly-filed cases among Branches 95 to 98, taking into consideration the number of cases assigned to the Presiding Judges thereat while Assisting Judges to Branches 71 to 74. The above-named Judges shall not be entitled to additional expense allowance and judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc in A.M.
