motives of professional activity?

A. Professional development is mainly caused by the interaction

to the environment and can be formalized. Examples of such
interactions are social inquiry, organizations, and being
equipped on the field.
B. Environmental factors is an umbrella term where economic
factors could be included. The perception of one's status with
regards to the economy of the society he/she lives creates an
economic identity.
