GLUTEN FREE BREAD IN BREADMAKER MACHINE

400mls warm water


3 eggs
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
3 ½ cups GF flour OR 3 cups GF flour + ½ cup white rice flour
1 cup Arrowroot
3 tablespoons of grain or seeds (sunflower, sesame, chia
seeds, poppy seeds, chia, polenta etc)
1 tablespoon Xantham gum
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast

Chuck it in the bread machine. Select Gluten free option.

The mixture will be similar to a thick cake mixture. It is not a


dough.

There is a good chance you may need to play around with the
settings on your machine to get the perfect loaf.
