Note:
 Before you show a visual, first state your transition, then deliver the main
message of the visual.

 E.g. “So what were the sales results for the last quarter?” Then stop talking
and display the visual. Once the audience can see it, explain the main point as
follows: “Here you’ll see that the Southwest office reached its $6 million
goal.”
