This is to certify our organization in practice of using dynamic and retrieval web based MIS for managing day-to-day operations and
managing the Data managing system. For the purpose of data backup, Google services are being utilised currently. We have planned to
adapt or replicate the current data management systems into an ERP in place for managing operations and maintaining data across life cycle
of the DDUGKY training program. This management system is Retrievable and readily traceable. We have enclosed some of screen shot of
our existing web based MIS system.
We have planning to adapt an ERP to store, maintain, manage, monitor, update and carry out day to day activities efficiently and the ERP will
be capturing the entire candidate life cycle, that is from Mobilization, Counseling, Selection, Training, Assessment, certification, Placement

and Career progression activities etc,. Once the software is on place, a local Application Deployment Engineer would be provided along with
continuous onsite support through additional Senior Development Team.
