CUSTOMER STATEMENT REGARDING U.S. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

Customer understands that the products being purchased from General Monitors Inc., are subject to export controls
from the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 CFR Parts 730-774, and the laws of the United States.

Customer warrants that the products will be used by the Customer in the form in which they are received, and that it
will be used in the country indicated by the Customer as the shipping address in its order.

Customer further warrants not to sell, transfer, export, or re-export the General Monitors products in violation of the
export laws of the United States. Specifically, Customer understands that such sale, transfer, or re-export may require
a license from the U.S Department of Commerce, and transfers to certain countries or entities are prohibited under
U.S. law.
