O.T. ASSISTANT: WORK RESPONSIBILITY IN ED (JPNATC.

)
1. Check and maintain all type of ventilators. Defibrillators, AED, Fluid warmer, Infusion Pumps.

2. Check and maintain all types of cardiac monitors and leads.

3. Check and maintain all types of laryngoscopes with blades.

4. Check and maintain oxygen and suction pipelines.

5. Check and maintain AMBU bag with mask.

6. Check and maintain USG machine.

7. Check and maintain O.T. lights.

8. Check and maintain oxygen cylinder with regulator.

9. Arrange and exchange oxygen cylinders from manifold room.

10. Check and maintain all anesthesia and emergency equipments in RED and YELLOW area.

11. Perform ECG to ED patients (as ECG technician is not available in JPNATC)

12. Assist in airway management.

13. Provides all types of oxygen therapy to the ED patient as per need.

14. Assist in resuscitation.

15. Check & maintain all types of equipments available in various ambulances.

16. Apply/attach all monitor device to the patient’s in yellow and red area.

17. Arrange/attach equipments for Ed patient’s during intrahospital transportation(MRI, CT, WARD, OT).

18. To maintain all complaint book, report book and inventory book related to our equipments.

19. Perform Ambulance duty for shifting critical patients accompany with doctor and nursing staff

20. Check & maintain ECG machine
