INTERNSHIP

career?
This internship will help me gain professional experience that will be valuable during my job search.

Majorly, having studied corporate laws and developing an interest in the concerned field, this internship

will provide a real-world experience that enables me to put everything I have learned into action. This

internship can help me improve my research and drafting skills which are required to become a good

attorney. This internship will provide me an opportunity to figure out what kind of career I want. As of now

I am interested into Litigation, so wanting to explore Corporate Laws as well, having explored IP laws.

7. In 150 words or less, please explain the reason for choosing to intern at Tuli & Co?
It would provide me a chance to work with smart and motivated people and proper access to mentors I can

learn from. I believe in your team as I have heard a lot about you and expect you to provide me ample

exposure to do research, observe and learn. Having scored decent marks in corporate law and being

interested in the subject encouraged me to apply as an intern at your firm.

what way can you contribute to Tuli & Co as an intern?

     I have studied Corporate law for a year during my course so I believe that I have got the concepts and
look forward to gain some in-hand experience. In past 4 years of law school I have developed decent

research skills and look forward to learn more from you by putting my cent percent in every task allotted by

you. My past record of all the internships has enabled me to acquire decent analytical and argumentative

skills. Therefore, through hardwork and dedication I aspire to learn from you and contribute as much as

possible to Tuli & Co by way of drafting, documentation and research.

My paper titled "Immunity Enjoyed by the UN- boon or bane?" has been published in Issue 1, Vol II of

International journal of legal Affairs (IJLIA). (yet to receive the certificate). Also, my research paper on

"Ambush Marketing in the Sporting World" has cleared peer-review process of NMIMS Law review.

Currently, I want exposure in Corporate Commercial Department and it will help me decide my future

 prospects in corporate law and therefore believe that your firm will provide the real world experience of

the subject.
