The stakeholders of the Truth Elementary School community will work
collaboratively to grow and educate diverse, responsible students who will
become equitable and productive citizens in our global society.

● Develop strong PLTs with common norms, expectations, measures of


accountability, and a consistent method of analyzing and processing data

● Involve all stakeholders in voting & decision making processes

● Continue to have parent and student representatives on the Leadership Team

● Provide team building activities at the beginning of every staff meeting to address
relationship building

● Strengthen relationships among staff members by having a Dale Carnegie book
