Nearly all recognized Baked by Melissa as a cupcake shop. Over half had tried their cupcakes and most liked the delicious cupcakes and branding. Most would order on an app and want a truck at events. Most preferred minis and ordering a drink with their cupcake. Most wanted to see more locations and a rewards program.
