FUNCTIONS OF A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The functions and responsibilities associated with the Management System must be established with regard to the
planning, execution, control and evaluation of all those activities and stages that aim to fulfill the objective of the same,
focused on controlling the exposure to noise in places of work and thus avoid the generation of HSNL in workers.
Depending on the reality of each company and the existing positions, the Management System should describe the roles
of at least the following persons in charge:

 Manager (manager) or employer.

 Production Management or employer.
 Human Resources Management or employer.
 Intermediate Headquarters.
 Supervisor.
 Foremen.
 Workers.
 Department of Risk Prevention of the company and site.
 Joint Health and Safety Committee, branch, site or work center.
 Contractors and subcontractors.
