ingredients
1/2 lb of salmon~2 filets 1 lb frozen brussel sprouts
Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dried thyme 3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper

directions
Preheat oven to 425 °F
Grease large sheet pan with 1 tbsp. of olive oil
In a bowl, mix brussel sprouts, vinegar, & olive oil
Rub salmon with lemon, thyme, & black pepper
Put salmon on half of pan & brussel sprouts on half
Roast for 15 minutes before serving
