EPIC RAINBOW CAKE,

Prep: 45 min. INGREDIENTS.


 Cooking spray
Cook: 1 hr 15  3 packages White cake mix
mins  9 eggs
 4 cups of water
Total: 2 hrs 30
mins  1 cup of applesause
 2 cans of white frosting
Additional: 30  ½ fluid ounce (blue, red, gel, orange, yellow,
mins green, purple) of food coloring.

DIRECTIONS

Step 1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C or 350 ° F and Grease a cake pan of about 23 cm.

Step 2.Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the same container. Reserve.

Step 3. Whisk the sugar and butter in a mixer on medium speed until a creamy, lump-free mixture forms; add the
whites little by little and the vanilla.

Step 4. Add the flour mixture little by little, and add the milk; continue beating until a homogeneous mass is
obtained.

Step 5. Divide the dough between 6 containers of the same size. Put the appropriate amount of food coloring in
each, following the rainbow tones.

Step 6. Place in the mold and cook for 15 minutes each of the portions. If you have molds of equal size, you can bake
simultaneously.

Step 7. Place the whites and sugar in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat while whisking the mixture. Do
not stop stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. It takes about 5 minutes. Add the butter and beat again at
maximum speed for 5 minutes.

Step 8. Add the lemon extract and beat for 5 more minutes. Coverage is ready to use.

Step 9. Take all the biscuits out of the fridge and arrange them one on top of the other according to the order of the
colors of the rainbow, with a light layer of coverage between each biscuit.

Step 10. Spread the remaining coverage with the help of a spatula, on top and on the sides of the cake tower.
