Through personal and professional experiences I have always proven to be very loyal. Through work
it has always been my greatest concern to get my tasks completed efficiently and make my actions
not only satisfactory but a credit to myself and helping the business perform well. Socially I have
always been friendly, supportive and easy going. My approach to any problem has always been to be
task focused and resolve it quickly and efficiently as opposed to complaining about it. Because of this
I have always coped well under pressure from both customers and time restrictions

|Work Experience|

|2005 - 2007 | Kings Arms Hotel, Barr village

During this period of time I worked in the above family business full time.
Duties - Learning the day to day protocols of maintaining the hotel business. This included serving and dealing
with customers, stock rotating, cleaning, and learning the kitchen side of the business, starting with the
desserts and then progressing on how the food was prepared.

|2007-2009 | As above, but on a part-time basis when on holiday from college. This time I was trained in the bar
side of the business and also the reception side. Answering the phone, taking bookings, etc I was also trained in
the Kitchen preparing and cooking the food, so that when needed I could step in and take over.

|2010 – Present| As above, full time kitchen commi chef

At present I have just stopped working in the Kings Arms Hotel and have moved down to Farnham. Before I left
the Kings Arms I was working full time mainly in the kitchen side of the business where I
gained vast experience in a pressured situation which you have to learn to be calm and professional at all
times.

From the experience I gained at College I was able to manage and maintain the IT side of the family business.
This consisted of virus and spy ware removal, general maintenance of computers and websites. I also helped
design any promotional material that was required for them.
Whilst still at school I also worked for my fathers Caballing and Security Installment Company at weekends
helping with the installation of Cat 5 points and general cable management.
