On the day of tuesday, 25 February , 2020 at 11.30 am. There is a patient

named Mr. Agus is 6 years old with her mother in the Cendana Room of RSUD
X Hospital with complaints of defecation 7 times per day, accompanied by
vomiting. The patient said that he felt sick, weak and dehydrated .

Nurse 1 : Good morning Young Man.

Patient : Good morning Nurse
Nurse 1 : How about your condition today?
Patient : I feel weak and no appetite or desire to drink nurse.
Mrs. Patient : Nurse, is there a doctor who will examine my child today?
