and budget authority – transferred from the existing Military.
4. Space Force would be phased over five years – FY 2020
to FY 2024 – and would require $72 million in FY 2020 to
establish the headquarters.
5. Only $40 Million Allocated 2020 Space Force to hire 200 personnel
6. To-be ~16K Personnel

❖ Mar. 26th ULA sends up the AEHF-6 Advanced Extremely High Frequency
the 6th of 6 sent up since 2010. This has 44 GHz Uplink (EHF band) and 20
GHz Downlink (SHF band). They incorporate frequency-hopping radio technology,
as well as phased array antennas that can adapt their radiation patterns in order
to block out potential sources of jamming.
❖ Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) uses radar to provide imagery day or night,
regardless of the weather or cloud cover. SAR sensors can provide data on
material properties, moisture content, precise movements, and elevation,
meaning that SAR can be used to build 3D recreations of a geographical area.
❖ Both the Space Force and the NRO have awarded contracts to Capella.
The Air Force wants to use SAR for virtual reality software, missile defense
and developing predictive intelligence to foresee foreign threats, awarding
a contract to the company in November.

Summary
Product includes (1 thru 4):
1) Flexible Fabric Solar Cells (Photovoltaics PV).
2) Capability & Convert the PV watts into Microwave MW Energy
3) Rectennas (combined Transmit/Receive MW Antenna).
& Converts MW back into used energy: Watts DC &/or AC to
Illuminate the Lamp or any energy needed for use “Safely &
Wirelessly”.
Demo: From outside use sunlight onto PV which converts &
transmits energy into room & converts back to illuminate a lamp in a
dark room “Safely & Wirelessly”. Many deliverables explained.

❖ Space Industry:
❖ World’s Largest Industry is: ENERGY $17-19 Trillion/year
Over 50% of U.S. crude oil and petroleum products imports came from the Western Hemisphere (North, South, and Central America , and
the Caribbean, including U.S. territories) during 2012. About 29% of our imports of crude oil and petroleum products came fro m the
Persian Gulf countries of Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. Our largest sources of net cr ude oil and
petroleum product imports were Canada and Saudi Arabia. Top sources of net crude oil and petroleum product imports:
Canada (28%)
Saudi Arabia (13%)
Mexico (10%)
Venezuela (9%)
Russia (5%)
