 Lead and manage Zone Talent Acquisition & Resourcing activities required to support business team & shared
services and drive ongoing people development agenda. co-ordinate and implement HR activities initiated by
people work stream such as Talent Management, Employee Life Cycle Management & drive various regional
training initiatives through Training Need Assessment (TNA) & learning and development (L&D) programmes

Ensure to perform HR Compliance, grievances & disciplinary processes to ensure that the underperforming
employees are put on an action plan, either through Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or other level of
corrective action. Also taking care of Zonal administration assignment along with current HR responsibilities
 Act as Strategic HR Partner (HRBP) with the business to develop and execute various HR Automation Projects
and HR Operations to attain business objectives & foster a culture that values retention, coaching and
introduce career development. Ensure strong Employee Relations (ER) & create superior quality of
Employee Experience by implementation of Human Resources (HR) programs through regional HR team &
monitor various HR initiatives as well drives as per agreed SOP & SLA. Identifies opportunities for
improvement and resolves any discrepancies.
 Review and analyze early HR trends and execute regional Human Capital Management (HCM),
HR Transformation Projects - AI (HR Automation & HR Digitization process) Organization Development (OD
practices & OD Interventions) & robust Capability Building strategies to drive performance, maximise
retention, control escalations and enhance overall employee experience. Provide management coaching to
build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
 Have also handled multiple functional responsibilities within risk management across the domain of Retail
segment, Branch Banking as well as Commercial Banking in earlier stint with various organizations including
BFSI & Telecom sector.
