Sr. Executive HR (HRBP for East & West – Regional Head HR role for managing 1000+ employees
across Kolkata, Baroda and Bangalore and managing the HR operations for center of excellence for
Minerals, Metals and Mining.
Stationed at Kolkata, reporting directly to the HR Delivery Head, Corporate office, Mumbai (India). Total coverage
of 1000+ employees for Energy Chemical and Resources, Buildings Infrastructure and Advance Facilities. Managing
the entire HR functions for Kolkata, Baroda and Bangalore locations with 2 direct repotees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manager HR (Heading HR for the Delivery Center and Center of Excellence), Jamshedpur, India
Located in Jamshedpur, reporting directly to the Sr. VP HR, Corporate office, Mumbai (India). Oversee the strategic
HR function as a member of the Delivery Center Team, with one direct reportee to myself. Total coverage of 300
employees and 350 Graduate Engineer Trainee ( Total 650 ) ; managing the entire HR functions independently at
Jamshedpur Delivery Center dotted lines Delivery Center Head, Head of Delivery and Business Unit Head.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead all strategic HR activities at Jamshedpur Location as a Delivery Center HR and implementation of
HR policies and procedures for Steel Metal and Mining Business, including Construction and Infrastructure
Business Units.
Lead the Training and induction activities after Campus Recruits. Jamshedpur being a Center of Excellence
as all GETs and PGETs. Single point of contact for all 350 ETs for training, site visit, model projects, 3D
trainings.
Recruitment, selection, on boarding, induction. Preparation of Training Calendar with Assessment Schedule.
Employee Engagement – implementing fun calendar, reward and recognition, Leadership connect instant
reward, career development programs, town hall, channel of communication, wall of fame, Value Awards, Fun
Fridays, Happy Hours.
Coordinating as a team member for implementing all policies with respect to leave, mobilization,
recruitment, induction and on-boarding.
Coordination of Online Performance Appraisal including midterm appraisal with 100% target achievement.
Coordination of HR Operations activity and grievance handling at Jamshedpur location. Conducted all the
exit interview and full & final settlement process.
Single point of contact for employee referral scheme and Young Engineers Development Program.

3) Jacobs Consulting Engineering Services (Jacobs CES) Sep 2012 – Jan 2015
Located in Mumbai, reporting directly to the Head HR, Corporate office, Gurgaon (India). Oversee the strategic HR
function as a member of the Zonal Management Team. Managing four indirect reporters. Total coverage of 400
employees in West Zone and managing the entire HR functions independently with reporting to Head HR at
Corporate Office New Delhi and dotted lines to Vice President HR at Jacobs, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead all strategic HR activities across West Zone (India) and implementation of HR policies and
procedures after merger with Jacobs.
Leading recruitment and selection processes including building strategies for selection techniques with good
negotiation and problem solving methods.
Leading the HR operation activities which includes on-boarding of recruitment, new joinees, consultants,
induction training, managing Oracle HR, joining reports, appointments, confirmation, transfer reporting and
exit formalities for full & final settlement.
Leading the regional initiative for Performance Appraisal. Continuously following up with line managers
along with Zonal SBU Heads to address their problems and issues to make the online performance appraisal a
success.
Recruitment process for selection and line up for interview with line managers and also further negotiation
