Performance Management System

working with McNally Bharat Engineering Co. Ltd.
 Introduced Individual performance management system based increments.
 Implemented Individual KRA’s systems via defining KRA’s for all levels of employees based on Divisional as
well as Overall Organizational Objectives.

Attrition / Absenteeism
 Lowered Attrition percentage from 5.6% to 1.4 within span of 1 year. Introduce employee referral, scholar
schemes and job fitment.
 Lowered Employee Attrition especially at Workmen Level via introducing Attendance/Motivation Reward and
Awards.

Recruitment
 Introduced recruitment of Trainees from various Management and Engineering Institutes.
 Successfully conducted Campus interviews for recruitment of GET/DET/IIT Management and Engineering
Institutes of India.

Employee Engagement
 Given new culture/style/meaning to Employee engagement activities and successfully organized programs like
Coffee with HR /Foundation Day /Excellence Week, Safety Week, etc.
 Restructure & Re-established Reward & Recognition policy and introduced Instant Reward Scheme for
