I, Wilson Andres Garzon Vargas bearer of passport No AO701050 of Colombia. I am

writing this letter to express my interest to finish my studies in Advance diploma in
accounting. At the moment I decided to study diploma and advance diploma in
accounting was the big motivation the offered job I got from Colombia but the time of
my return with I finish my current studies. I decided to do this courses in here in
Australia rather than in Colombia because the educational level provider in this country
is very high related to advanced strategies, processes and regulations following
international standards to be more competitive, this motivated me to obtain this
knowledge in here so I will be able to apply this new skill in my country and the
company I will work for in my return to my country. Carefully I did a research for all
the institutions that provide this courses and the recognition they have and the
reputation and opinion from other students to decide which of them accomplish my
needs of what I was looking for related to my future work and my career.

As I mentioned before, my decision to extend my stay in Australia is due to the job

offer I got while I was visiting my family in Colombia. The company is planning to
extend its production in other markets and I completely sure with my knowledge in
accounting and level of English I can help the business and actually using my skill sets I
have been gaining in Australia. The role offered is General Manager which demands a
list of skills and knowledge related to understanding of organization, managerial,
communication and marketing and financial concepts work more efficiently and obtain
better production. Also, this position offered demands notions of strategic plans,
implementation of business plans, finances, a technical English and so on. According
with this previous description, I truly believe that the diploma in accounting and the
Advance diploma in Accounting will guide me to where I want to be in the future, be
able to meet my goals and finally, to obtain the job I am chasing and I have been
preparing myself for all of this years. In addition, those diplomas before mentioned will
improve my competitively as Economist in the Colombian labor market for what it can
lead in a better salary aspiration, benefits within the organizations and professional
realization.

Finally, I am looking to prepare myself for a more competitive environment and be able
to face all the challenges that wait for my as soon as I get back to Colombia by updating
my skills, knowledge’s and all the elements that the Australian education can impart
me. Expressing my gratitude for your time and understanding and looking forward to
continues my studies in Australia that will finish in middle of December.
