Project Submission Agreement

This is an agreement between the undersigned ________ (“Owner”) and Drishyam Films Pvt Ltd
(hereinafter referred to as "Drishyam Films") in connection with the submission of the project
to Drishyam Films for exploring production possibilities. Owner is the legal owner of the rights
to the script (the “Project”).

I hereby accept the terms and conditions of submitting my project to Drishyam Films. I

i I am legally authorized to submit this project titled ___________________ to be made in

__________ language to Drishyam Films
ii I confirm that the script is registered with a recognized film writers’ association.
iii If the project document asked for is sent to the aforementioned parties electronically via
e-mail, as an applicant, I am aware of and understand the risks associated with
electronic correspondence by e-mail. In particular, e-mail can be unwittingly lost or
read, received, copied or falsified by outside parties, which may result in considerable
damage. I allow Drishyam Films to conduct written e-mail correspondence relating to
the above mentioned evaluation and to all matters associated with the project
evaluation, as well as to send project documents by e-mail.
iv I understand and agree that the Drishyam Films is / will not be responsible for
submissions that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit.
v I agree and undertake that if I will have any dispute in relation to my project submitted
to Drishyam Films, including but not relating to infringement of copyright or otherwise,
I will not make any claim against Drishyam Films in this regard and will initiate claim
only against the concerned person / individual before the appropriate forum.
vi The Project is an original work under the Copyright Act 1957 and will not infringe any
right including but not limited to copyright and/or right of privacy of a third party. The
Literary Work(s) or any part thereof will not be defamatory and/or against public policy
in any manner whatsoever.
vii I hereby indemnify and agree to keep Drishyam Films indemnified against all claims,
penalties, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and
other dispute resolution costs) and compensation (“Loss”) that may be incurred by
Drishyam Films arising out of, involving or relating to, either directly or indirectly, any
inaccuracy in any of my representations or warranties or any breach of any covenant or
obligation set forth in this Agreement.
viii I completely understand that right to selection is reserved by Drishyam Films
