Alana worked as a cooperative education student at Irpinia Kitchens and Axiom Interiors.
During this time, she was a member of our showroom and design team, and we worked
together closely on several projects.

Alana approached problems from different angles and often came up with creative solutions.
Her work was always structured in a smart and well-thought-out manner, meeting the highest
quality standards. Alana possesses many talents and was happy to take over tasks outside her
usual responsibilities and was always eager to learn new things. She was a very diligent
employee and always maintained a very high quality standard for her work. Alana paid careful
attention to detail with every task she was given and was a great employee with outstanding
team player qualities. Alana has consistently shown deep commitment and strong interest to
learn; she is enthusiastic and was always willing to go the extra mile. Alana was never afraid to
take on a challenge and built up a reputation as a friendly and generous colleague who was
always glad to help the team.

Our seasonal business requires our employees to be quite flexible in terms of shifts and working
hours, Alana was particularly reliable and happy to help out when additional support was
needed. Alana is a hard-working and energetic person, and I have no doubt that she will
experience great success in her future career. Alana would be an asset to any employer and I
