Authorization package creation:

1) Login SAP Support launchpad (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/) as super user.


2) Search for the tile Support user management and click on it.

3) Go to Authorization packages

4) Find the Create button on bottom right (English), Bottom left (Arabic) and click on it.

5) Name the package as you wish and save it.


6) Click the newly created package.

7) Click on change mode

8) Here you can select the authorizations based on package. For general users Incident
management can be given. If you want restrict Incident management to display only, you can do
it by selecting only the Display options.

9) Admin user package can be created by selecting “All”.


10) User Admin package can be created by selecting User data

So, decide on the authorizations and name the packages accordingly.

Once the Authorization package is created, it can be assigned to users while creating the user-id or using
the assign button in Auth packages page.
