As per the circular from the University 1st year and 2rd sem lateral entry UG and PG
students are required to complete the online resume entry on VTU portal. This is required
for generating University Seat number. Students should enter the details without
fail or else the University Seat Number will not be generated by VTU and hence will not be
eligible for SEE.

Students are informed to bring the following data related to admission for filling the form.

 Adhaar Number
 PUC-1/12th/Diploma marks/UG marks (whichever is applicable)
i. S.No. of the students sent to KEA/DTE for all 1st year and lateral entry students will be
provided by the institute.
ii. B.E. students shall fill the details online during the MATLAB session in their respective
labs. The faculty member and the instructor the labs will coordinate the activity.
iii. Last date for online submission is 30/09/2019.
iv. Students are informed to note the application reference number.
v. B.Arch. students shall fill the details in the Language lab, MBA building.
vi. 3rd sem Diploma, 1st/3rd sem PG students are informed to contact the department for
their schedule.

Printout of the online submission form duly signed by the students shall be submitted in the
respective departments.

NOTE: Students admitted through Change of Branch and Change of College shall not fill
the online resume. Modified USN will be allotted by VTU itself.
