Subject: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update-3

Dear Parent,

Greetings from the VIBGYOR Group of Schools!

In view of the Novel Corona virus (COVID -19) spreading across the country and as per the directives
received from the Government, the schools had to be closed early. Due to this early closure of
schools, certain topics could not be completed as planned in the Pre-primary section.

Any portion or topic that wasn't completed due to the situation that suddenly emerged due to
NCOVID-19, we are hopeful that our parents will assist our students in best way possible to help
them achieve the learning objectives and minimize gaps in learning.

To facilitate and support the parents in this regard and to enable our parents to keep our students
productively engaged while at home, we suggest the following:

1) Listed below are certain links of the online learning material for the Pre-Primary section. The
same will enable parents in the forthcoming weeks to keep our students productively
engaged while at home. These online links can be shown to the children (under parental
guidance) for reinforcing the topics that have been covered in school.

2) In addition to the above, parents are recommended to complete the home worksheets and
readers (sent along with students of Jr.KG & Sr.KG) during this break. Encourage students to
read the readers. However for the students who have not received their homework books
due to this emergency closure, it is suggested that parents do age appropriate worksheets
with their wards on the topics listed below—

3) Also Language Based Worksheets (for Jr.KG & Sr.KG) will be uploaded on Parent Portal for
students. It is suggested that parents complete these worksheets with students.

in mind, we request parents to assist in bridging the gap between home and school learning.
