Introduction
Amazon is a website for e-commerce and cloud computing and was established in 1994 by Jeff
Bezos and the main founder of Amazon. Amazon is one of the largest online retailers in the
world in terms of total sales and market value. Amazon.com started as an online library and later
diversified into selling DVDs, Blu-ray discs, CDs, video downloads and streams, MP3
downloads, broadcasts, audiobooks, software, video games, electronics, clothing, furniture, and
jewelry. The company also produces consumer electronics, notably the Kindle e-reader, Kindle
Fire and Fire TV, the world's largest provider of cloud infrastructure services. Amazon also sells
some low-value products like USB cables under the Amazon Basics brand. In other words,
Amazon sells everything a person and a customer need. And this company differs that it focuses
heavily on the customer and cares about the comfort and manner of marketing the customer
because if the customer feels comfortable on the Amazon company site he will come back again
with other customers and thus it is deposited base Jeff Bezos. Jeff Bezos has a rule that focuses
on customer acquisition rather than money acquisition. In the Amazon company, there is no
possibility of mistake or failure and the company works with smart employees only because they
invent new ideas and methods every day and this is one of the importance of the company’s
success and I will talk now about the globalization of the company for the markets and
production and I will explain to you in detail about every important talent and I will also explain
to you about The culture of the company because it is important and the culture of the company
has many priorities, and also the value of the company because the value of the company will
educate you how a company is working hard and excellently and does not leave room for failure
in it and I will explain to you about the company policy and the economy of the company’s
hardship and a lot of important information that must be Everyone knows her company. Amazon
is now the fourth-largest company in the world, and Amazon has exceeded the market value of
the company to a trillion dollars, and now the company is expanding and increasing its profits.

1. Company’s Globalization of Markets

The company's globalization of markets refers to the exchange of goods and money and the
merging of separate national markets into one huge global market. Tastes and things that Elion
consumers prefer, and desire are close in many markets, such as something or like Apple or other
food or things sold at Amazon. Therefore, the globalization of the company for the markets is
important in the Amazon company to increase profits and increase the company's expansion and
profit. This topic did not take importance in the Amazon company until about the year 1996, and
the Amazon company took the importance of the topic and focused on it and work, and not only
the Amazon company and the most companies as well. The idea of selling at local or national
retail was primarily, but Jeff Bezos demonstrated that this belief is false[ CITATION CAM15 \l 1033 ]

2. Company’s Globalization of Production

The globalization of the company for production means the goods as well as the services that you
obtain from sites around the world to take advantage of the national differences in the cost as well
as the quality of the factors of production from energy and work. The primary goal of
globalization of production is to gain the advantage of competition by reducing the cost structure
and improving the quality or functionality of its product. It is not only Amazon who does this, but
there are also many other companies that do this.[ CITATION Joh16 \l 1033 ]

3. Company’s culture
Amazon Culture works with all nationalities but works with smart and passionate people who
build new products and services every day on behalf of the company's customers. It enables
owners to be creative and owners, as well as centralizing the company's customers. But for every
company’s advantages and disadvantages, the company’s disadvantage is that the Amazon
company does not accept failure or loss, so I received violent comments from the New York
Magazine because of the strong pressure on the employees, and I found some employees crying
in their offices because of these pressures and some of the employees who did not struggle to
bear the pace of work and its pressures expelled because of Their failure in the standards and
standards set by the administration and this is a bad thing for the company culture, but each
company has its own culture. The organizational culture of Amazon promotes a performance-
driven environment. Amazon always works to stimulate the employees of innovation for
customers to obtain a distinct and constantly evolving experience.[ CITATION Mic01 \l 1033 ]

4. Company’s value
Apple last month exceeded the market value of the company to a trillion dollars and the reason
for this was a simple thing, it makes devices that people want to spend a lot and a lot of money
on. Now Amazon has become the second company to cross this line, which no one had imagined.
On Tuesday morning, Amazon shares rose to 2,050.50, which pushed it to exceed 1 trillion
dollars. But now I will explain to you in more detail, the most always-selling thing - to investors,
clients
3

and news media - is excitement. In the beginning, the most exciting thing was that the Amazon
company renewed a very new and exciting way to market books via the Internet and took that
uproar, and then a new and
exciting way to read (Kindle e-
books), and then a way that
sparked everyone for publishing
(CreateSpace) then another way
To operate the Internet (Amazon
Web Services), and a modern,
new and exciting way to obtain
deliveries (Amazon Prime) and
then a way to make your home
an advanced high-tech site
(Alexa) was also a new, exciting
and advanced method. Amazon
was raising questions about what
the next step was. This caused the company's value to rise to this height, and this is what has
caused its great success[ CITATION Str18 \l 1033 ]

5. Company’s Political
Amazon follows the company's political law.. There were a lot of opinions on political issues of
the kind hot opinions when Amazon first appeared on a large website. Amazon is determined by
such factors as climate change, immigration policy, and tax policy. Amazon's policy may be
affected by the same travel ban that primarily targets Muslim-majority countries. She also
addresses her work with law enforcement, in which the company received sharp criticism of the
company. The company will continue to follow the company policies and the country's
politicians and learn it with the latest technologies.[ CITATION Bri19 \l 1033 ]

6. Company’s Economic
The economy of a large Amazon company is equal to that of some very large companies. The
reason is that Amazon provides everything consumers need and anything they want. This makes
the economy of Amazon a big company because of its strong revenues. And not only provide for
the needs of the consumer only, but the enormous diversity in the company's business lines and
the way it affects the consumer’s life makes its economy large. The Amazon company’s economy
affects the American economy in all its forms and everywhere, and it has a great place in the
retail market on the Internet, as it is considered one of the most influential economic and cultural
powers in the world.[ CITATION KRI20 \l 1033 ]

7. Company’s Market economy

The Amazon company is considered one of the most influential economic and cultural powers in
the world, as indicated, the economy of the Amazon company is very large. As it was known in
2017, it paid $ 13.4 billion for the acquisition of Whole Foods in the market, which greatly
4

increased the presence of Amazon as a brick. Amazon has a huge impact on the US economy
everywhere. And that is not all. Amazon has directly and indirectly affected jobs, investment and
inflation in America by disrupting the way people shop, it creates economic impacts that exceed
the customer’s portfolio.[ CITATION KRI20 \l 1033 ]

8. Company’s Social Responsibility

Amazon carries out all its business legally and ethically. As for suppliers, Amazon deals only
with suppliers who respect human rights, as well as suppliers that provide safer and more
comprehensive workplaces, as well as suppliers who promote a sustainable future. Not all that,
Amazon maintains a social responsibility program for communities. The most influencing
consumers ’awareness of the company’s goods and services are stakeholders and they are
extremely important to Amazon. Social interests include supporting many important things such
as health care, education, and environmental conservation.[ CITATION EDW17 \l 1033 ]

9. Company’s International Trade

International trade means the gap in moving projects or
moving goods from one country to another. The
Amazon company moved a branch to India, but it
caused it a loss because Wal-Mart recently acquired one
of the largest e-commerce platforms out there, Flipkart,
as a result of which the reason for the company
Amazon is a big mockery of $ 3 billion, according to
the latest 10 thousand. This is a huge and unacceptable
loss for Amazon.

10. Company’s International Financial Market

international financial market is a place where exchange occurs financial revolution between
companies or countries. The chasm is a wide range of rules and institutions, as some look to.
Through it, agents are traded in surplus assets, especially agents who suffer from deficits, and
where institutions set rules.[ CITATION Cam971 \l 1033 ]

11. Company’s International Strategy

Amazon's international strategy focuses on technology and the utilization of efficiencies between
external and internal engines, as well as internal supplies and the cornerstone of its business,
where the consumer buys anything he wants with a single click from the phone or the laptop. As
Amazon's growth is fast and big, Amazon's strategy also focuses on nurturing its growth rate and
nurturing momentum. Because now anyone from anywhere and at any time can buy anything
they want at the same time. Therefore, Amazon needs to focus on the logistical supply chain to
ensure the success of its marketing strategy.[ CITATION Wig97 \l 1033 ]

12. Apply Value-chain Analysis

It is the tool or method that works to analyze all the activities of the company to find a way of
how the company can create competitive advantage because this method of analysis is a very
disturbing strategy that analyzes the
company's commercial activities in how to
create a competitive advantage for the
company. This helps the company with how
the company knows what additives it must
make it a competitive advantage and then
how the company can sell its products or
services at more than the cost of adding
value, and thus generate a profit margin.
Amazon uses Visual Paradigm Online to
analyze the company's value chain to
increase profit margins in a few steps.
Initially a schematic drawing, then defining
the basic activities as well as the support
activities for which the company's business
is deposited, which include cost-paying
factors, how quickly the work is done,
working hours, wage rates, and so on. And
determining the link of activities may lead
to a significant reduction in costs in one region to reduce the costs of another region, and this is
the identification of opportunities to reduce costs. After completing the diagram, you can store it
in the Accounts Repository for easy access in the future. You can also drag work on an image
(JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, etc.) and share it with the hosts who work in the company. [ CITATION

consumers and retailers to buy anything they want comfortably, anytime, hour, anywhere, and
from their homes via smartphones or laptops. Just as that caused the company’s value to rise to 1

many known lines and has become comparable to Apple and Microsoft. Not only has it facilitated
the online purchase process, but it also has the goal of delivering the goods that were purchased
on the same day, and if this thing is achieved, Amazon will not have any defects. And Amazon
has made the delivery on the same day via Amazon Prime Air, it allows you to deliver orders to
