Filipino and residing at 1182 Camatchile St. Singalong Malate Manila Philippines, to be my true and lawful
attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead to do the following, to wit:

1. To submit and arrange all papers for the issuance of passport/s of my following child/children:

b) Ma. Veronica M. Del Rosario
2. To receive the passport/s of my said child/children:
3. To arrange other documentations to facilitate the travel of my said child/children; and
4. If necessary, to accompany my said child/children to U.S.A
