Physical and Motor Fitness:

- Able to display proper handshake grip for the forehand and backhand with a score of 5 out of
5.
- Able to perform forward swing motion for the forehand and backhand with a score of 5 out of
5.
- Able to follow through after forehand striking the pickleball with a score out 5 out of 5.
- Attempted to make contact below the waist when serving with a score of 2 out of 5.
Fundamental Motor Skills and Patterns:

- Attempted to step with opposition when serving with a score of 0 out of 5.


- Attempted to strike to the back of the court using power with a score of 2 out of 5.
- Attempted to strike for accuracy by striking the pickleball to the left front section of the court
with a score of 1 out of 5.
- Attempted to strike for accuracy by striking the pickleball to the right front of the court with a

- Very shy in large group


- Right hand dominant
- Has a cat
- Works well with other students
- Really good at striking above the waist
- Struggles to bend down and strike below the waist.

- Student would better understand directions with demonstrations.


- Student may feel uncomfortable when the attention is on her in a large group setting.
- Student would struggle with fast pace gameplay.
- Would benefit from lighter equipment that does not require a lot of force.
- Student would work best in a smaller environment to limit distractions
