STAR QUALITY  

Dance Warm Ups 

1. Warm Up the Body:

● 10 Jumping Jacks
● 10 High Knees

2. Stretching ​(​30 seconds each​)

● Stretch Right Leg


● Stretch Left Leg
● Stretch Middle (splits if you can)
● Twist Back to the Left
● Twist Back to the Right
● Circle around town (​hips, shoulders, neck)​.

3. Balance​ (​zip up that imaginary skinny jean lol)​.

● Stand on one leg. Are you tipping over?


● 2 plies ( we want strong legs oh yeahhhhhh! )
● Practice any turns/jumps I have given you for fun! :)
