the truly exceptional Jenna. I have had the opportunity to supervise
Jenna over the past three years as an after-school tutor and mentor.
Not only is she excellent and hard-working but she has dedicated
herself to enriching the lives of students and others around her. Jenna
is truly special for her compassion and commitment to helping others. 
She has several strengths, but her main strength, from my
observations, is her ability to motivate students. She was always
sincerely interested in her students’ progress and encouraged them to
try their best in every activity. 
Jenna possesses a positive and patient personality. She has a great
rapport with the students she has worked with. She is bright,
innovative, and dependable. She works extremely well in a team setting
as I watched her bond and encourage other tutors throughout the
program. She is always looking for ways to improve in all aspects of her
work. She has been an absolute joy to work with over the past years.

compassionate, intelligent, and strong person who has a clear sense of
