 Elabore un vocabulario como mínimo de 10 términos técnicos en inglés, con su
respectivo significado en español.
 Elabore un resumen del texto utilizando los diferentes tipos de oración.
 Grabe el audio en inglés, con el resumen elaborado en el punto anterior.
 Identifique y clasifique las frases en sus diferentes tipos.
 Elabore un gráfico con el cual explique los diferentes ejemplos de cumplimiento con

The products must have analysis and certifications required according to the country
where it is intended to export, it is important to have a dossier of all manufacturing procedures,

Verify if you require an exchange license since some countries hereby control the
devaluation of their currency.

It is necessary to take into account if the product carries a tax such as VAT or a special
tariff, if the buyer resells the product, he must collect and deliver to the government the VAT
generated by that concept

Most exports are exempt from VAT as a government measure to incentivize exports. In
the case of imports, VAT is canceled with customs duties.

In the United States, sales policies are regulated, both for domestic and imported
products, but for most countries there are laws in this regard, it is important to verify that a
product does not have import restrictions or barriers before manufacturing it

CUSTOMER/ Cliente- comprador
STANDARDS/ Normas. Conjunto de reglas para realizar correctamente una acción
FOREIGN TRADE/ Comercio exterior y todo lo relacionado con negocios
internacionales.
LEGAL ADVISE / Asesoramiento legal. Se encarga de brindar la información jurídica
a quien necesite de ello para la resolución de asuntos que tienen que ver con la
aplicación de las leyes, normativas y reglamentos en cualquier materia del Derecho.
DUMPING/ Práctica comercial que consiste en vender un producto por debajo de su
precio normal, o incluso por debajo de su coste de producción, con el fin inmediato de ir
eliminando las empresas competidoras y apoderarse finalmente del mercado.

TARIFF/Arancel. Un arancel es un impuesto a las importaciones o exportaciones entre
estados soberanos. Es una forma de regulación del comercio exterior y una política que
grava los productos extranjeros para alentar o salvaguardar la industria nacional.
OVERRUN/ Sobre costo. Costo inesperado que se incurre por sobre una cantidad
presupuestada debido a una subestimación del costo real durante el proceso de cálculo
del presupuesto.
REGULATION/Reglamento. Un reglamento es un documento que especifica una regla
y/o instrucción para realizar una acción dentro de una norma.
DEVALUATION/ La devaluación, es la pérdida del valor nominal de una moneda
corriente frente a otras monedas extranjeras. Esta devaluación de una moneda puede
tener muchas causas, entre éstas la de una falta de demanda de la moneda local o una
mayor demanda de la moneda extranjera
LICENCE/Licencia, permiso para realizar alguna actividad de carácter comercial
 TYPES OF SENTENCES:

Declarative sentence
La importación es segura / The import is safe
El flete es costoso/ freight is expensive

Interrogative sentence
¿ los productos deben contar con licencia de exportación?/
The products must have an export license?
¿Es necesario el certificado de origen?/ Is the certificate of origin necessary?

Imperative sentence
Una empresa estadounidense debe conocer las leyes extranjeras que puedan afectar la
venta/
An American company must know the foreign laws that may affect the sale
Se debe realizar un contrato de compraventa/ A contract of sale must be made

Conditional sentence
Si la empresa no cuenta con todos los documentos, no puede exportar/
If the company does not have all the documents, it cannot export
Si no se conocen las condiciones de venta, es posible cometer errores que son costosos
para el exportador/
