Dear Parents/ Guardians,

Greetings!

The Diliman College – Office of the Student Affairs, together with the DC Student
Council organized a Leadership Training. The training will start on November 15,
2019 at 5:00pm then will end on November 16, 2019 at 10:00am. All activities related
to the training will be held at the DC campus. This will be attended by all college
students.

In line with this, for the optimism of this activity to be successful, we would like to seek
for your approval to permit your child to participate and to contribute Two Hundred
Pesos (Php200.00) to defray the cost of their food and materials to be used for the said
event. We guarantee the activity will be facilitated by trained professionals.

We hope for your utmost support as this will surely help the students develop their
leadership skills, camaraderie and to enhance their problem solving skills.

The students should bring the following:

 Extra Shirts
 Jogging Pants
 Underwears
 Sleep wear
 Toiletries
 Utensils
 Lunch box/ Paper plates
 Sandals/ Slippers
 Rubber Shoes
 Tent
 Pillows & Blanket
 Off lotion/ Mosquito Repellant
 Handkerchief / towel

For Strict Compliance:


- First 12 students (6 boys, 6 girls) to pay the 200 peso fee will have a
corresponding slot to the tents that will be provided by the school.
- 1 tent can accommodate 2-3 students.
- Payments shall be handed over to the DC Student Council Office located at the
Rm 209, 2nd floor, DC Building from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
- Deadline of payments is on November 13, 2019 until 4:00pm only.
Late payments will not be acceped.
