Interlock Details:

1. Interlock: As per scheme Breaker will be closed after satisfying following conditions.
a) 89 A in closed position
b) 89 B in closed position
c) CB-52 in open position
d) Master Trip GRP- 86A in reset condition
e) Master Trip GRP- 86B in reset condition
f) Busbar Protection healthy condition
g) Lock-out Relay in reset condition

2. Operational Check
2.1 From Local
a) Satisfying all above close interlocks
b) Put Local / Remote Selection Switch in Local Mode
c) Ensure Line Isolator 89L in open Position & Earth Switch 89LE in close position
d) Switch on all AC / DC MCB at Breaker MK
e) Ensure Breaker Springs are charged in all 3 Phases
f) SF6 Pressure is healthy
g) Check counter reading before operation
h) Take trial through T-N-C Switch for close / Trip Operation
i) Check Breaker Feedback at SCADA
j) Check counter reading after operation

2.2 From Remote

a) Satisfying all above close interlocks

b) Put Local / Remote Selection Switch in Remote Mode
c) Ensure BCU Local / Remote Selection Switch in Remote Mode
d) Ensure Line Isolator 89L in open Position & Earth Switch 89LE in close position
e) Switch on all AC / DC MCB at Breaker MK
f) Ensure Breaker Springs are charged in all 3 Phases
g) SF6 Pressure is healthy
h) Check counter reading before operation
i) Take trial from SCADA at Switchyard Control Room
j) Check Breaker Feedback at SCADA
k) Check counter reading after operation
