Dear Publisher to CD World,

Two weeks ago, I bought some CDs to help improve my English. I decided to use the product
offered by the company CD world because promise that you could progress with your
conversation in a week using a set of 6 CDs.

Unfortunately, the content of the CDs, have not been enough to be able to perfect the
language. In the specification, mention that product contain English conversation for business
but only include pleasure everyday languages.

Another displeasure has been with “listen and repeat”, the CD doesn’t give enough time to
repeat the phrase correctly, leaving you half the content.

In my opinion, this product is aimed at people that recently start study English, the vocabulary
and expressions are basic and easy.

Finally, the price, cost 20 euros each CD, this is absolutely exorbitant, the value of the product
are below.

Due to my discontent, I request that the money invested in the product must be returned to
me because it has not fulfilled what was promised.

Dear Principal,

I writing this letter to you to present a business proposal, which is beneficial for students at the
college. I would want to start a monthly magazine in English for students.

When I was study in this College, always thinking that the students didn't had a direct media to
receive information of the college or a platform for students where could send article or
personal histories.

The magazine includes spotlight interview, sports teams, popular culture, latest music, student
life, articles by students, ask students to write opinion articles, how to make friends and other
ideas. A magazine created by students for students.

To carry out this project we need financial support from the college. If we could use your
facilities, we could save money to invest it in different events and raise money to invest it later
in the magazine. On the other hand, the Oxford publishing will leave us their material for print
the magazines monthly.
