Manufacturing of Kraft Paper
 

Respected Sir,

Succeeding to the State Government directions on the complete

LOCKDOWN to fight against the Pandemic Coronavirus our
manufacturing plant of Kraft Paper in the name of Pinax Paper Mills Pvt
Ltd. addressed at Jambon, P.O.- Shibpur, P.S.- Kansa. Durgapur, Dist.:
Burdwan. W.B. – 713212, was also shut down for any kind of operations
and production.

Referring to the circular no: 1587/-F (H) dated 16th April 2020 of
Government of West Bengal in the continuation of circular no:
H&WF/120/20 dated 22nd March 2020 of Health & Welfare
Department of West Bengal, we request you to grant us the permit to
operate our plant for manufacturing of Kraft Paper. Such operations shall
include sourcing of only the major raw material required, production and
supply of finished product to the corrugators who are further supplying to
essential services/industries.

Kraft Paper are used for making corrugated carton box which acts as the
core item for packaging and safe transportation of goods. Thus, many of
our buyers who are making these corrugated carton boxes are acting as
an integral part of the supply chain for the essential items like Pharma,
Food (Processed / Un-processed), FMCG products etc. and has demand for
Kraft Paper so that their customers engaged in manufacturing and supply
of essential goods can continue to meet the demand of such essentials in
the market.

There are thirty or even more such corrugation factories operating in this
epidemic by due permission from the Government. We supply to these
corrugation units on regular basis and they are in urgent need of Kraft
Papers for producing such carton boxes. We have also enclosed four
recommendation letters from our buyers along with their documents of
permission to operate received from the State Government.
We have always abided by the rules and regulation laid by the State
Government and assure you the same in this critical crisis from our end.
Thereby, it is our humble request to kindly oblige us with your due
consent to operate.

All instructions will be complied by us during this phase and necessary

actions will be taken as per the State Government guidelines.
