Case Study Entrepreneurs: Creating Their Own Dream Jobs…

1. Describe how these entrepreneurs exhibit the entrepreneurial spirit?

Linda Nelson, George Sanders, Bliss Gracias Moros and Jesse James are the
entrepreneurs who become successful because they followed their passion and
have a 3confidence to make things that are impossible in the eyes of other
people. Linda and George are world class scuba divers, because of their
willingness to offer classes at training facility that complement their drive shop ,
they build an “ocean” in a dessert. The geo-thermally heated man-made ocean
named Bonneville Sea base which is 200 yards across at its wide point, contains
bays as deep 62 feet and is home to saltwater species.

2. Examine the benefits that these entrepreneurs reap from owning their own
business?

These entrepreneurs reap the benefits of creating their own destiny, the
opportunity to realize their potential, and a chance to work at what they enjoy
doing while reaping the profits from the business.

• Independence and flexibility. You'll have more freedom and independence

working for yourself. ...

• Personal fulfillment. Owning and running your own business can be more
satisfying and fulfilling than working for someone else. ...

• Power. ...

• Money.
3. Explain the career lessons that you have learnt from these entrepreneurs?

“Entrepreneurship is almost a way of life, and you only learn by doing,”

We are learned following lessons from these entrepreneurs

 RESEARCH AND WORK ON IDEAS

Every single business model started with one big idea. But to make it a successful
one, we have to be sure it is achievable.

 SURROUND OUR SELF WITH A TEAM THAT INSPIRES US

The people we choose to surround ourselves with will have a huge impact on the
way we think, act, and feel on a day-to-day basis. This is why successful people
surround themselves with people that push them forward, not those who hold
them back.

 PATIENCE AND DETERMINATION

We face many challenges and complications in every aspect of our careers. As a

professional, we have to be firm on our purpose to face every obstacle that
presents itself in our road to success.

 PASSION

Passion is what gets people interested in what we do, and what inspires our team
to keep up the hard work.

 BE A PEOPLE PERSON

To be successful, we need to be able to build good relationships with those

around us. Business is all about making good rapport and being likeable enough
to make customers want to work with us.
