I  highly  recommend  Neely  Parsons  as  a  candidate  for  a  teaching  at  your  school.  As  Education  
Director  for  Loudonville-­‐Perrysville  School  District  at  the  Mohican  Young  Star  Academy,  I  have  
had  the  pleasure  of  working  with  Neely  for  the  past  school  year  (2019-­‐2020).  She  is  a  driven,  
organized  teacher  who  develops  inspiring  relationships  with  her  students.  
 
Neely  has  been  driven  to  develop  her  skills  as  a  teacher.  She  came  to  us  as  a  new  teacher,  
eagerly  taking  up  extra  responsibilities  such  as  working  with  the  Intervention  Specialist  in  
developing  programming  for  our  students  and  researching  new  programming/curriculum.  Our  
facility  has  a  high  percentage  of  students  with  special  education  needs  (87%),  Neely  always  
made  it  a  priority  to  provide  the  best  learning  opportunities  for  all  of  her  students.  Neely  
embraces  any  opportunity  for  further  relationship  development  with  both  her  students  and  
staff  (paraprofessionals)  within  her  classroom.  
 
Neely  has  a  wonderful  rapport  with  people  of  all  ages,  especially  children.  Her  ability  to  connect  
with  her  students  and  her  talent  at  teaching  simple  concepts,  as  well  as  more  advanced  topics,  
are  both  truly  superior.  She  also  has  excellent  written  and  verbal  communication  skills  with  
both  parents  and  students.  
 
Neely  accomplishes  all  these  tasks  with  great  initiative  and  with  a  positive  attitude.
