 यिद मै / हम िब ी के िलए भूखंड / भवन का आवंटन ीकार नहीं करता ँ /करते ह तब मै / हम गािजयाबाद िवकास ािधकरण ारा िनयमों के अधीन की गयी कटौितयों को ीकार क ँ गा / करगे |
गािजयाबाद िवकास ािधकरण ारा आवंिटत िकया गया भूखंड / भवन मुझे/हम ेक प र थितयों म ीकार होगा मुझे हमे िकसी भी कार की आपि / िववाद नहीं होगा |
मै सहमत ँ की गािजयाबाद िवकास ािधकरण एवं आवेदक के म िकसी भी कार के िववाद को िनपटने का े ािधकार गािजयाबाद ायलय का होगा एवं अ िकसी भी ायलय का े ािधकार गािजयाबाद िवकास

The plot/flat allotted to me by G.D.A. sahll be acceptable to me/us under any circumstances on as is where is basis and I/We shall have not objection or dispute of any
kind.
I/We agree that in case of dispute if any between G.D.A and the applicant, the Ghaziabad Court will have exclusive jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of all others will be the
contract with G.D.A.
