Choco-Flan

Ingredients of Choco flan:


• ● 1 box of flour for chocolate flavor cake.
• ● 1 can of evaporated milk.
• ● 1 can of condensed milk.
• ● 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
• ● 6 eggs.
• ● 1/4 cup of melted butter.
• ● 1 cup of water.
• ● 350 gr. of cajeta.
• ● walnut (to taste).

Instructions to make Choco flan:


1. In a bowl mix the chocolate flour, 3 eggs, butter and water, until no
lumps are found. In the blender mix the evaporated milk, the
condensed milk, the vanilla and the 3 remaining eggs. Then, in a
baking pan (previously greased), the cajeta is placed at the bottom.
Then the chocolate mixture is emptied and finally the milk mixture.
2. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake according to the specifications
that the flour box contains or until the bread is well cooked. Once
baked, let it cool and unmold. It is added ground walnut or in pieces, to
decorate.
3. Cold is preferably served.
