 Retail Business has nuzzled lot technologies to engage their customers. Retail Business
sells finished goods to customers in exchange of money.
 I am planning perform case study on different technologies that can facilitate decision
making, big data collection for the future of retail industries.
 Technology can be a game changer for retailing and at the same time benefit both to
customers and Retailers.
 Currently introduction of Smart Phones has changed the dimension of Retail Industry and
Business in Retail Industry.
 I would also like to explore IoT, Robots and Business Models that change critical areas of
Retailing.
 Along with understand the positive impact on Supply Chain and Logistics such as 3Pl
service to accelerate profits in Retailing Business.
