Gift deed

1.By this deed of gift I, Anwar Latif s/o Ch. Abdul Latif cast Hingara resident of Khan
Jaja tehsil Pasur Dist SialKot ( Here in after called as donor) Here by confirm that I have
made an irrevocable gift of a plot measuring 4 kanals, khewat no 713, khatoni no 156,
khasra no 158 situated at kholi Bawa tehsil pasur Dist Sialkot in favour of Immam
Bargah ( Here in after referred as donee ) The physical possession has been handed over
to the donee and donor has transferred his title and rights of ownership over the said plot.

2. That now the donor and his legal heir have no concern, relation with the above said
plot. And not be in future.

3. That the said donee has accepted the said irrevocable gift and has signed his deed. In
the presence of the witness the parities have signed this gift deed on 4th day of Fed 2001
at Sialkot Pakistan.
