COURT FEE ACT

1. What amount of court fee shall be paid on an appeal against an order


rejecting insufficiently stamped plaint and a civil revision against an
interlocutory order. (1958, 1976).

2. What action is to be taken when an improperly stamped document is


tendered in evidence.

stamped document was admitted in evidence by the trial court.
