New engine oil pipe

Cause
There are reports of broken engine oil pipes and difficulties to replace them.
Action
A new engine oil pipe is implemented in production from engine serial number: 531326 –.
The new design makes it possible to replace the hose part only. As an aftermarket solution, the steel pipe can be cut and a
new hose joint can be fitted.

Work instruction

Op nbr

1. Cut the steel pipe at the hose connection.

2. Install the new hose with a new ferrule and nut. Tightening torque: 150 Nm (111 lbf ft). Hose, VOE17437055 should
be installed with VOE15180274 and hose, VOE17437061 with VOE15180275.
