The table provides insights into the identification of five different vehicles registered in Australia

between 2010 and 2014.

It is clear that the buck of the number of cars went to the passenger vehicles, while after the surveyed
time the same was true of the light truck.

As for the 2010 figures, with 11,800,000 vehicles the passenger vehicles were rated first, followed by
commercial vehicles with 2,300,000 cars and motorcycles with only 540,000 motorcycles. In 2010 the
motorcycles were 540,000 mobiles higher which was 5 folds than the light trucks (106,000 vehicles) .
There are no major variations between light trucks, with their numbers, for three separate years 2010,
2012 and 2014 The number ranges from 106,000 to 131,000 vehicles.

As to the table, it is clear that the heavy truck increased dramatically to 416,000 vehicles from 2010 to
2014. The commercial vehicles shared roughly the number of about 2,700,000 vehicles in 2012 and
2014.

Task 2

A greater number of games played by men are being broadcast these days when it comes to sport,
relative to women. The main reason for this is an increasing number of people who have more interest
in men's sporting events and I feel that women's sport should be given equal attention.

The key factor that drives television executives to favor men's sport is the audience watching male
athletes compete dramatically over the amount of viewers watching their female counterparts shows.
With the TV channels showing the series, more viewers mean more sales, advertising contracts and
sponsorship investments.

However, I would argue that TV coverage should not be biased towards men's sport and that female
athletes should be given equal opportunities. If men's sports continue to receive significantly more
coverage than that of their opposite sex, it might increase gender inequality, which is one of the most
serious issues in many parts of the world today. Another thing is that there has been a dramatic increase
in the number of people who have interest in women's sport in recent years, and hence, television
coverage should focus more on this area.

In conclusion, a wider audience watching men’s sports channels is the most important reason why TV
producers provide more men’s shows than women’s shows, and I am of the opinion that there should
be a greater equality in the coverage of men’s and women’s sport.
