1. Explain Induction assignment: Aisha

- We were given a script and were asked to choose a genre. We decided to
go with Horror with a touch of Comedy.
- We were meant to film what was written on the script. However, we
improvised our own ideas.

2. What equipment we used? Shelby

- Canon DSLR camera.
- Tripod: We didn’t use it but it was there just in case.
- Zoom Mic RODE: We had it but it didn’t fit on top of the camera, yet we
tried to find more but it there wasn’t any in the kit room.

3. Props Bhoomi
- Fake Blood: We asked our teachers so we didn’t need to order our own
online (saves money) However, we were given a small bottle so we had to
ask for more!
- Fake White Flowers: They were artificial so we didn’t have to carry them
around in water all day.

4. Filming Tulvinder and Annabel

- Friday 14th September and Tuesday 18th September: During these days,
we were script writing by using our initiatives to make it more in how we
envisioned it.
- Thursday 20th September: We couldn’t film that day because the weather
was not appropriate to film in as it was raining. So we used that time to do
work on our pre-production and our websites.
- Friday 21st September: We filmed in the TV studio, another group from
our class was there but they allowed us to film as it was important to us
because we had it all planned out. We wanted to film it today so we can
carry on with whatever it is we had to do afterwards as this was a location
we had last minute. We also had a GO-Pro to film the behind the scenes
footages.
- Tuesday 25th September: we filmed in the media hallway, it was difficult
to film as there was students and teachers constantly walking in and out all
the time. However, we got various of shots from different angles using just
one camera. That same day we filmed in the winter gardens at st. joseph
house. There were a lot of chairs and tables so we had to move it, there
were constant sounds of aeroplanes considering we near Heathrow
airport. Overall, we got a lot of footages of historical natural shots and
surprising good lightening. Later on in the day, we filmed a few scenes of
the fake blood in the TV studio.

5. Editing
- Every time we filmed, by the end of the day we had to upload it onto the
computer so that next time we came to college, the footages would
already be up on the server and ready for us to edit on premiere pro.
