Learning Outcome:
Talk about the things you can do

WEDNESDAY

Activity One: (25m). Eight important job skills.

Activity Two: The job interview (25m). The teacher will write 7 occupations in the board. The
students will be in an interview to get a job. One student will be the interviewer and the other the
applicant. The interviewer asks the applicant to talk about him/her and explain why he/she has to
get that job.

Cashier/ Teacher/ Editor/ Lawyer/ Architect/ Musician/ Mechanic/ Nurse/ Secretary/ Politician

Activity Three: Writing (30m). The students write a paragraph about what they like to do on their
free time and their main skills and talent using can and good at. Then the students have to write it
in the board and read it. The teacher asks the students for any grammar mistake.

THURSDAY

Activity One: Listening (20m). Job hunting.

Activity Two: Reading (25m). Jobs on the internet.

Activity Three: Speaking (20m). The students talk about their dream job using the skills.

Activity Four: Writing (20m). Student profile letter to enter a university abroad.
