Motivation
Please give more information about your interests, your expectations and your motivation for applying for our
Bachelor’s program in Human Resource Studies: People Management. This should be a maximum of 350 words in
total. Included below are areas that should be included.

What are/were your favorite subjects at school and why?

It’s a good question. At school, I don’t have such subjects, but I will name some of the adequate ones.
I like when at Chemistry classes, we have laboratory work, when all these solutions mixed, make a good
final effect. It’s like magic, you have nothing, and after some minutes, you have a new point of view.
I, honestly, enjoy Math classes, only when we have interesting tasks, such as: probability, statistics,
economy. I really like to calculate percents, majorities, it’s fascinating for me.
Our lessons of Universal Literature, sometimes, are truly, boring.. We have different subjects, but often
we have impressive topics : War and Peace, The art of Love, Childhood, etc.

What do you think that the life of a University student is like?

I tried to imagine how the life of a University student is, and I have some ideas.
A University student might live on the Campus, in a small room, but comfy with some details, that has
been added by him.
A student is always busy, he has many projects, meetings and much coffee, every day.
About his studies, he constantly wants to be better, because of that, he likes spending his time in the
library, searching information on internet or reading some interesting books.
A University student is a person that knows what he wants and dream about a great career after his
studies.

What appeals to you about this program?

This program attracted me because I adore to know a lot about people, about their life, their skills, what
they can and I would like to learn more about society, how to manipulate with my tactics, that I will learn
at your University.

What do you expect from the program and how does this relate to your career objectives?

I am expecting from this program new experiences, new things to learn, efficiency and a suitable
support for my career. I would like to use all that I gained in this program.
I always wanted to work with people and I am feeling this is my correct decision.

What do you think you will contribute to the group – and what do you hope others will
contribute?

I like a lot to work in a group. I know what I have to do. I like to speak about some rarely facts, facts that
nobody knows about them. So, I think I will contribute to the group with my original ideas, I don’t like
when my project is like others, it has to have “WOW” effect. I hope others will contribute with their skill
to paint (I cannot), with their interesting ideas about some subjects I am not interested.

Additional Information
(add any additional information below to support your application – maximum 50 words)

I have always wanted to work as an employer that knows about people that work in the company, more
than others. My childhood dream helped me to develop key artistic and organizational skills.
I would relish the opportunity to be part of the team that receive experience about People Management.
