JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Executive

PROFILE SUMMARY:
The role’s objective is to augment the account management and delivery operations for strategic customer
engagements in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment and help Birlasoft positioning as
high in value curve to support accelerated growth targets. The role will be mapped to Energy and Utilities
Vertical Business Unit under Business Unit Head in a High-performing culture which emphasizes on
Empowerment, Quality and Goal attainment.

The final selected candidates will be assigned the work related to


- Analysis and governance follow-up on various levers/parameters impacting top line & bottom line,
operational parameters at engagement and unit level
- Taking part in different initiatives concerning people engagement, engagement growth and delivery
operations improvements
- Support account mining activities and partner with account managers and practice teams for upselling

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


 In depth knowledge on project management, operations and financial accounting
 Good Analytical and lateral thinking skills
 Setting and managing right expectations with business stakeholders
 Flexible with working locations, ability to learn quickly and leverage skills in new situations.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
 Ability to prioritize own activities, work under hard deadlines
 Self-Motivated, flexible and with a ‘can do’ approach
 Post-Graduation with Marketing and Operations specialization.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
 Minimum 60% - 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-graduation
 No standing back-logs
 Selection process:
Initial screening -> Pre-placement Talk -> Group Discussion -> Technical evaluation -> HR evaluation
 Joining Location: PUNE
