The pudding comes from the French,boudinyang means “blood sausage”,from the
Latin,botellus which means “small sausage”.
The term pudding is used in medieval Europe for dishes from meat wrapped.Pudding is term
for dessert which is generally made from ingredients that are boiled,steamed or baked.The term
pudding can also be used for various types of pies containing a mixture of animal fat,meat or fruits
that are baked,boiled or steamed.
Indonesia there are various types traditional flavored pudding using young coconut,brown
sugar,coconut milk,black sticky rice tapai or a mixture of suji leaves and pandan leaves.Fruits used
for pudding,for example:oranges,pineaple,soursop,mango or passion fruit.
-2 milk sachet
-300 ml of water
Tools:
-Stove
-Pan
-Spoon
-Pudding mold
-Plate
-Knife
Steps:
1.Mix all ingredients into one cooking medium heat while stirring until boiling
2.After boiling,lift it in the mold,let it sit for a while,until the steam is gone
